We spearheaded the establishment of a customised pan-European law firms alliance for a global multinational. This innovative initiative fostered close collaboration among selected firms, featuring transparent budgeting arrangements, pre-set rates, and dedicated practice groups.

The result was:

• For the client, substantial cost savings and enhanced budget predictability, alongside a dramatic increase in the value delivered by our partner law firms

• For the law firms, the deepening of the relationship with a key client

We assisted several prominent and well-established national firms, committed to close collaboration, in launching a new European law firm association. Through this initiative, the firms elevated their international profile and enhanced their competitive positioning within the market.

We have led the implementation of an Enterprise Contract Management system (ECM) for a global multinational, including:

• Devising the right scope and features of the ECM system to support a global legal department

• Managing several innovation lawyers

• Selecting and managing vendors (software provider, LPO and ALSP)

• Partnering with key stakeholders in Legal, Procurement and Finance to ensure a successful implementation

This project encompassed the selection of key vendors, management of all essential stakeholders, and coordination of the creation of copyright content for four separate, but inter-connected, websites in five languages.
